  26. is strictly forbidden without written permission and royalty agreements

  88. you must purchase it.(by Registering it)

  177.      When You Register Budget Master(TM) we will give you some information
  178. that when you enter it into Budget Master(TM)(type the 'R' key at main screen)
  179. it will UN-LOCK the UN-REGISTERED version and make it a REGISTERED version.
  180. when this is done it will write a short file to the current directory called
  181. BUDGET.KEY this key file is literally your key! as long as it remains in the
  182. directory with the rest of Budget Master it will remain REGISTERED.
  183.      UN-REGISTERING it then is simple, just remove BUDGET.KEY and it will
  184. automatically revert back to its UN-REGISTERED form.
